Fabrice graduated from the University of Nancy II in comparative European law with a major in private business law and from the University of Mannheim in international and European law. He taught business law for three years at the University of Bielefeld in Germany before practicing law.

For more than twenty years, he has been involved in out-of-court and in-court restructurings, and more generally in operational, legal and financial reorganization issues.
